Data Subject Access Request

Wakoos Centre4Children Ltd takes your data privacy seriously.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you.

If you wish to make a Subject Access Request, please contact us and include:

• your full name and contact details
• a description of the information you are requesting
• proof of your identity (for example a copy of a passport, driving licence, or recent utility bill)

This is required to ensure that personal data is only disclosed to the correct individual.

We will respond to your request within one month of receiving it. In some cases, where requests are complex or numerous, this timeframe may be extended, and we will inform you if this applies.
